Care Partner
Job Summary:

As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in our community, providing total care to our residents and starting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, toileting, and oral care. Responsibilities:

• Provide care to residents as defined by resident plan of care/assignment card
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience working as a direct support professional or care giver is preferred, but not required

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Available shifts:
+ 3pm-11:30pm
+ 11pm-7:30am
+ 7:00am-3:30pm
