About Brand Apart
Brand Apart is a creative studio dedicated to building bold, unconventional ways for people to love brands. They work across design, video, strategy, and experiential — 
serving clients like Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Trilith Studios, Spanx, and YMCA USA. They're a team of designers, creators, and doers at an exciting stage of growth, expanding their client portfolio and raising the bar on what brand experiences can be.
 
The Role
We're hiring a Project Leader to serve as the connective tissue across Brand Apart's creative workstreams — blending project management with strategic account stewardship. 
You'll manage integrated creative projects end-to-end, own client relationships across multiple executive levels, and keep alignment intact between internal teams and client 
counterparts.
 
A key focus of this role is Brand Apart's upcoming partnership with Chick-fil-A, leading two flagship experiences: the Regional Planning Meeting (RPM) in October 2026 and NEXT, 
the annual leadership conference for Operators and Staff in 2027. From there, you'll grow into a trusted lead across similar high-profile engagements.
 
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary client contact and internal advocate across design, video, strategy, environmental, and event logistics teams
- Scope new projects — budgets, resourcing, and timelines — in partnership with creative teams
- Package, pitch, and present proposals to clients
- Maintain and enforce project management in Monday.com; hold all stakeholders accountable to milestones
- Meet regularly with Relationship Leads to deliver strategic feedback and recommendations
- Drive daily logistics to ensure all deadlines are met or exceeded
- Identify new opportunities within accounts and grow client relationships consultatively
- Foster a unified, encouraging environment across staff, contractors, and vendors
 
The Path
This role is designed to grow. You'll start as the lead on two major Chick-fil-A experiences and build toward owning a portfolio of high-profile engagements as a trusted senior voice at Brand Apart.
 
Who We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of client relations and project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Comfortable problem-solving directly with clients without always needing team input
- Strong emotional intelligence with both clients and internal teams
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp sense of timeline navigation
- Multi-disciplinary thinker — comfortable across creative, strategic, and  logistical challenges
- Charismatic communicator with natural client gravitas
 
Nice to Have
- Experience in a creative agency or experiential marketing environment
- Familiarity with large-scale event or conference production
- Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools
 
Compensation
Competitive base salary. Details discussed during screening call.

- In-office collaboration required per hybrid policy
- ~10% travel for events and experiences
