This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality therapeutic care to a diverse range of patients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients while contributing to their recovery journey, operating within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About the Organization

Collier Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned private practice that prioritizes patient-centered care and community involvement. With points of service throughout the United States, we engage deep-rooted relationships with our patients, focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our physical therapists work hand-in-hand with patients to design personalized treatment plans that not only aim for recovery but also empower them to regain their mobility and independence.

Our Fairview facility is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools. The onsite work setting fosters a collaborative atmosphere where Physical Therapists can exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues, elevating the standard of care we provide. You will interact with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring each patient receives holistic and comprehensive treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to formulate appropriate and tailored treatment programs.
  • Implement a range of evidence-based treatment methodologies, using techniques to enhance patient conditions as aligned with their physician’s directives.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
  • Engage directly with patients to provide education and support, ensuring they understand their treatment and can manage their recovery effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, enhancing their comfort and trust throughout the recovery process.
  • Work collaboratively with a broader clinical team, contributing to case discussions and developing innovative approaches to complex rehabilitation challenges.
  • Aim to meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and other business objectives to aid organizational success.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will cater to a diverse patient demographic, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. As a Physical Therapist at Collier, you will adapt your treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each patient, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their functional goals.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.
  • Must possess a valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist.
  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in a physical therapy setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Proficient communication skills—both written and verbal—vital for patient interaction and documentation.
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in word processing and electronic documentation systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create meaningful connections with patients and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience working with various patient populations such as geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and advanced rehabilitation techniques is highly regarded.
  • Previous involvement in community outreach or patient education initiatives will be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an extensive benefits package, including:

  • Performance-based incentives that reward your contributions to patient care and clinic success.
  • Full coverage for local and national organization dues as well as license renewal fees.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans, paid parental leave, and an employee assistance program.
• A robust 401k plan with profit-sharing options and a generous vacation policy that includes an employee illness bank (EIB) accrual.
  • Discounts on a wide variety of products and services.
