Real Estate Secretary - MLS Experience Required
In-Office Position - Lincoln Road
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Real Estate Secretary with experience using the MLS and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:

• Search and analyze properties using MLS
• Verify ownership and property information
• Coordinate with title companies and partners
• Manage emails, documents, and CRM updates
• Support acquisitions and dispositions teams
• Schedule appointments and handle inbound calls

Qualifications:

• MLS experience REQUIRED
• Strong phone communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working on a computer all day
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Real estate background strongly preferred
