What You’ll Do:

  • Make a professional, personalized first impression as our service client’s initial point of contact.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow-up on client appointments to ensure a positive experience.
  • Contact clients regarding their service needs, preventative maintenance reminders, and active campaigns and maintain accurate records and communication logs.
  • Support service team by managing appointment flow and maximizing shop capacity.
  • Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.

What We Seek:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
  • Positive, driven, and team-oriented professionals
