Job Description

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing oral exams
Provide preventive dental care such as scaling, polishing, root planing, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventative care, and the importance of regular dental visits
Document patient care accurately and efficiently, maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times
Collaborate with the dental team to create individualized care plans for each patient
Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures and support a smooth workflow in the operatory
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Provide compassionate, effective care to pediatric and adult patients alike

Salary Range

Full-time $38 - $40 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (No weekends!)

Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Dental Hygiene License in the state of Kansas
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to perform thorough documentation review
Familiarity with general and pediatric dentistry
Compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing top-tier patient care
Entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply!

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft

Proficiency in dental software (Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred)
Experience in dental assisting (a plus, not required)
