Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, person‑centered treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to clients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to coordinate and deliver comprehensive, client‑centered care.
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. This position provides the opportunity to work with youth, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health and substance use concerns, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, peer recovery coaches, and our Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) provider to deliver coordinated, evidence‑based care. The role also includes working with specialty courts, probation and parole officers, attorneys, schools, Child Protective Services, and other community partners to support client recovery, treatment compliance, and successful outcomes.
