Job Title: Production Support

Location: Raleigh, NC Onsite/Hybrid

Mode of Hire: Contract

Job Description:

  • Provide production support for Unix/Linux-based applications and database environments.
  • Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues within SLAs.
  • Perform Unix shell scripting, log analysis, and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Support databases with SQL queries, data validation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for root-cause analysis and production deployments.
