The ideal candidate has experience with dental milling systems, a commitment to quality, and a desire to learn new technologies. Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain dental CAD/CAM milling machines to produce high-quality restorations.
  • Prepare, load, and process materials including zirconia, PMMA, wax, and other dental materials.
  • Inspect milled restorations for accuracy, fit, and surface quality before moving to the next production stage.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and tool replacement.
  • Monitor production schedules and prioritize work to meet customer turnaround times.
  • Troubleshoot milling equipment and collaborate with technical support when needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow laboratory quality standards.
  • Work closely with CAD designers, production technicians, and laboratory leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with dental materials such as zirconia, PMMA, wax, titanium, or cobalt chrome.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality restorations.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; dental laboratory experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dental CAD/CAM workflows.
  • Knowledge of implant prosthetics and digital dentistry.
  • Experience with milling systems from manufacturers such as Roland, VHF, or DGSHAPE.
  • Experience or willingness to cross-train in dental additive manufacturing (3D printing) is highly desirable.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Health, dental, and retirement benefits.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional development and cross-training in digital dentistry and additive manufacturing.
  • A collaborative, technology-driven laboratory environment focused on quality and innovation.
