Role Description The Sr. Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for a variety of positions. The Sr. Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging job boards and professional networks, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Sr. Recruiter will also support recruitment reporting, compliance with employment regulations, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple job families such as logistics, warehouse, clerical, general labor, CDL drivers, and professional roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 6+ years experience in an agency or high-volume recruiting environment is highly beneficial.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful candidate and workplace experience.
  • Willingness to continuously learn, develop recruiting skills, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruiting, placement, and production goals in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs, staffing demands, priorities, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
