    Job description

    A well-established Orange County law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
    • Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support
    • Manage deadlines, calendars, and filings
    • Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
    • Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court rules

    Requirements

    • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
    • Prior experience in a law firm environment
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
    • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
