Your primary responsibility will be to makehigh-volume outbound calls, identifying business owners in need of our debt settlementservices. You will introduce them to our programs, assess their eligibility throughqualifying questions, and transfer them to our team of closers for a free consultation.Responsibilities:• Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients.• Clearly explain Coastal Debt Resolve's services, emphasizing the benefits andsolutions provided.• Follow a structured script and utilize rebuttals to determine client eligibility beforetransferring them to a closer.• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volumeand transfers.• Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and manage clientdata efficiently.Required Qualifications:• Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).• At least 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or telemarketing. • Excellentverbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor. • Ability to handlehigh call volumes, targeting up to 1,000 calls daily. • Strong motivation to achievesales goals and earn commission. • Proficiency in using basic computer applicationsand software.• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet daily call targets.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience using Five9 software.• Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and the debt settlement industry.• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such asSalesforce.• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Compensation:• Base salary: $15.65 per hour.• Commission: $30-$60 per qualified client referral, with additional bonuses up to$400 for client enrollment.• Uncapped earning potential.Bonuses:• Weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets andachieving exceptional sales metrics.Benefits:• On-site paid training.• Professional development opportunities.• Supportive work environment.• Catered lunches on Fridays.• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.• Paid training.Schedule:• Full-time position.• 8-hour shifts.• Supplemental pay opportunities, including commission, performance bonuses,and monthly incentives..Work Location: On-site, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
