Coastal Construction Corp is a privately held general contractor based in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Established in 1994, the company serves clients across New England with retail, commercial, fit-out, and ground-up construction projects. Project Coordinator/Accountant:

Coastal Construction is seeking a motivated individual to fill our Project Coordinator role. This will be a full time, in office role with hybrid remote flexibility. The Project Coordinator will assist both the Estimating and Project Management departments with accounting and administrative duties. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Basic Tasks:

·        Accounts Payable

·        Accounts Receivable

·        Job Costing

·        Vendor setup in Sage and Procore

·        Collecting documents (Insurance, Lein Releases, W-9, etc.)

·        Contract compliance (AIA)

·        Lien waiver collection

·        Sorting & distributing mail

·        Coordination with subcontractors

Responsibilities:

·        Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals

·        Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project

·        Track project accomplishments

·        Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Qualifications:

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

·        Ability to prioritize and multi-task
