Job description

The University of Rio Grande is seeking a motivated and passionate Graduate Assistant for the Softball Program. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring coaches and athletic professionals looking to gain collegiate coaching experience while pursuing a graduate degree. The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the coaching staff in all aspects of operating a successful NAIA softball program, including player development, recruiting, practice planning, game-day operations, and administrative support. The University of Rio Grande Softball program competes at the intercollegiate level and is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. This position provides valuable hands-on coaching experience and professional development opportunities within collegiate athletics.
