What you'll do:
The Coronach Food Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, financial management and overall store management. The Store Manager is the leader of the team and must ensure the location is meeting or exceeding standards to provide an excellent customer experience for members of the local community. Located in a branch community, the most critical functions will be providing team leadership, supporting Southland's vision, coaching and motivating the team and executing on objectives around brand, service levels, quality and timeliness of delivery to maintain and improve the retail image in the community.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in retail food. and:
You have 3-6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
You have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
