Benefits

Full‑time employees are eligible for medical, vision, dental, and long‑term disability benefits 60 days into full‑time employment. The company covers long‑term disability at 100%, contributes 50% of your medical premium (with a maximum of $250 per month), and 0% to vision and dental. In addition, you will be eligible for our retirement savings plan benefit 90 days into full‑time employment. We will make employer contributions to your 401(k) up to 100% of contributions on the first 3% deferred.
