Job description

Clyburn Insurance in Virginia Beach is seeking a qualified candidate for a Customer Service Representative position to join our team. This position pays both Salary & Commissions.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in our management system during and after each call
  • Processing payments
