As a key leader, you'll oversee the operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our hospitality team is well-trained and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Restaurant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to uphold quality service and performance standards.
  • Inventory Management: Purchase food and stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members are trained on proper food preparation, legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques, and health standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
