Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with clients to formulate and accomplish personalized treatment goals.
• Providing prevention-oriented therapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinating smoothly with other treatment providers and agencies to ensure holistic care.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including timely completion of session notes and treatment reviews.
• Actively participating in team meetings to contribute your insights and enrich our clinical environment.
• Upholding and enhancing the culture of support and collaboration within our center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At CloudWave Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele presenting a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. Qualifications

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Strong foundation in community mental health resources and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to collaborate with peers.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

CloudWave Therapy Center offers a competitive salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
