Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern / Business Development Executive to support our business development and sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn about the IT services industry, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
Generate and qualify leads for IT services and staffing solutions.
Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales activities.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support business growth initiatives.
Prepare weekly reports on lead generation and sales pipeline activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or technology solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
