Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Coupa CCW Consultant/Lead with 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS procurement and contingent workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Coupa Contingent Workforce (CCW) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules, with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and integrating global workforce management solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities
  • Design and configure the complete contingent workforce lifecycle, including demand intake, requisition creation, approvals, onboarding, time tracking, extensions, and offboarding.

  • Translate business workforce demands into structured requisitions aligned with workforce planning, project needs, and budgets.

  • Configure and govern approval workflows based on organizational hierarchy, spend thresholds, geographies, and job categories.

  • Manage onboarding activities, including supplier validation, background checks, worker setup, and system access provisioning.

  • Configure time entry and approval processes, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and invoicing systems.

  • Enforce contract compliance by validating rate cards, contract durations, legal clauses, and procurement governance standards.

  • Establish supplier onboarding processes, including tax documentation, banking information, compliance certifications, and access setup.

  • Align contingent workforce processes with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and financial workflows.

  • Design and implement validation rules for budget checks, GL coding, rate enforcement, and invoice reconciliation.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Configure Coupa workflows using business rules engines, conditional approvals, and automated routing logic.

  • Design and maintain custom fields, forms, and data structures for workforce and supplier management.

  • Optimize system usability and automate manual processes to improve adoption and operational efficiency.

  • Design and implement integrations between Coupa and enterprise applications such as Workday and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

  • Develop middleware-based integrations using Apigee, MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi.

  • Build and manage REST and SOAP API integrations with secure and efficient data transfer mechanisms.

  • Implement data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling, and retry mechanisms.

  • Define enterprise data models for contingent workers, suppliers, requisitions, and financial transactions.

  • Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and governance across integrated platforms.

  • Develop dashboards and analytics using Coupa Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.

  • Configure role-based access controls (RBAC) and security models.

  • Manage functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across environments.

  • Support production deployments and post-release monitoring activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Coupa Certification in CCW, P2P, or Advanced Platform Administration.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS procurement and contingent workforce management systems.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Coupa CCW and P2P implementations in global enterprise environments.

  • Strong expertise in contingent workforce management, supplier management, SOW governance, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce compliance.

  • Proven experience configuring workflows, business rules, custom fields, and approval routing within Coupa.

  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and file-based integrations.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and large-scale transformation programs.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in multi-region workforce compliance environments.

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Workday integrations.

  • Expertise in Coupa Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.

  • Experience in consulting engagements and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
