Job Title: Sales Consultant – Real Estate-Investment (In-Home)

Our client helps homeowners sell quickly without the traditional realtor process—no repairs, no commissions, and a fast, straightforward close. They buy homes directly and lead with a consultative approach, educating sellers on all available options so they can choose the best path.
They’re hiring an in-person Sales Consultant to run a full-cycle pipeline and close deals during in-home appointments across the Boise area. When you are not at a clients home, you work remotely.
The Role:
- Work end-to-end sales: outbound old leads → reactivation/follow-up → set appointments → run in-home appointments and close
- Handle 2–4 in-home seller appointments per day (Boise area)
- Maintain a clean pipeline with consistent follow-up and accurate notes
- Sell a direct home purchase solution (seller trades equity for speed, convenience, and certainty)
The Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Boise, Idaho
- Proven sales performance (closing experience preferred; in-home/field sales is a big plus)
- Comfortable with outbound activity, pipeline management, and consultative conversations
- Professional presence and strong communication skills
Compensation:
- $160,000–$275,000 OTE (annual)
- Includes a $3k/mo base salary and $2k minimum draw
- Performance-based / commission-driven
- Top 2 reps made over $250K last year
