We are seeking a skilled Plumbing/Mechanical Estimator to join our team. Plumbing construction experience with at least three years of commercial and industrial estimating plumbing projects.

• Strong skills in collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather information and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare detailed reports and effectively present cost estimates to clients or management.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other construction professionals throughout the estimating process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assess materials and labor required to complete a project and estimate the associated costs.
• Review and recommend changes to proposed project plans to reduce costs or improve efficiency.
• Up to date on market trends, prices, and new products in the plumbing industry.
• Track actual costs of completed projects to assess the accuracy of estimates and make adjustments as needed.
• Strong understanding of industrial and commercial plumbing systems
• Proficient in relevant software i.e. BIM, VDC, Revit, Navisworks and FastPipe to do accurate piping takeoff.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering technology, or Certification in Estimating in a related field.
