ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of five focused on building a strong, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Director of Sales for a bread company and was driven by the opportunity to own my own business and create better career opportunities for others.
Im a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management, happily married with one child, and enjoy golf and college football. We stay involved in the community as a member and ambassador of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clinton Bruner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
