We're hiring a hands-on Data Driven, creative, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to own paid and organic digital performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Shopify conversion optimization. This is an individual-contributor-heavy management role — you will personally execute and optimize campaigns, not just direct an agency, while also providing functional creative direction to our in-house social media and design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Campaigns: Build and run full-funnel digital marketing plans
• Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and track key performance indicators (KPIs) via Google Analytics and ad managers to report on return on investment (ROI).
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns from targeting through creative testing to budget optimization
• Paid Media: Manage paid ads on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive high return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Own on-page and technical SEO strategy for the company website and Shopify storefront, including site audits, keyword strategy, and content briefs
• Drive Shopify conversion rate optimization: landing page structure, checkout funnel analysis, A/B testing, and collaboration with the UI/UX Designer on implementation
• Provide creative/content direction and quality review for the Social Media Specialist and Graphic/Motion Designers (functional oversight, not HR authority)
• Social & Influencer Outreach: Oversee social media content and coordinate digital partnerships with beauty creators and influencers.
• Coordinate with the Amazon Ecommerce Account Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and cross-channel attribution via social media platform to drive external traffic.
• Report weekly on channel-level performance (TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, organic traffic growth) with clear insights along with supporting data.
• Support digital promotion strategy as for trade shows (email campaigns, retargeting, landing pages tied to show timing)
• Email & SMS (CRM): Lead lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automated campaigns to turn buyers into repeat customers.
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets directly (not agency-managed-only experience)
• Demonstrated SEO experience — technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization — with measurable before/after results
• Direct experience with Shopify, including apps/tools for CRO (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize successor tools, or similar)
• Comfortable reviewing and directing creative/content work in Social Media Contents even without being the one designing it
• Experience reporting performance data clearly to non-marketing-specialist leadership
• Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics / Search Query Performance data (for cross-channel coordination with the Amazon team)
• Trade show or event marketing experience
