Climb Credit Union is looking for a motivated and people-focused
Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure members receive exceptional service every day. This role is ideal for a financial services professional who thrives on leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence and is ready to grow into a branch management career path. You'll partner closely with the Branch Manager and senior leadership while continuing to serve members and mentor staff on the floor.

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery.
- Lead by example through hands-on member service and problem resolution.
- Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement.
- Serve as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products.
- Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects.
- Identify and facilitate relationship-based cross-sell opportunities that align with member needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of financial services or related member-focused experience
- Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred
- Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership
This is a
full-time, exempt position with a
starting annual salary of $63,000, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
