The Senior Program Director provides strategic, operational, fiscal, and administrative leadership for assigned Family Bridges programs and services. Guided by the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Plan, this position oversees program operations, staff, budgets, compliance, quality improvement, grants and contracts, and community partnerships to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services and advance organizational performance. Program-specific requirements are addressed through a Program Addendum.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of assigned programs, services, staff, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, grants, contracts, licensing, accreditation, and organizational policies.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, contracts, performance measures, and operational outcomes.
  • Recruit, supervise, coach, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with funders, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic planning, program development, quality improvement, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Prepare executive, operational, grant, and performance reports.
  • Represent Family Bridges in community meetings, coalitions, and public forums.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience managing programs, staff, budgets, and operations.
  • Experience with grants, contracts, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and community partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid California driver's license and successful completion of required background clearances.
Working Conditions
