Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work setting which allows for a healthy work-life balance while still engaging closely with clients through our outpatient office facility, located conveniently in Irving, Texas. Leveraging technology, you will conduct virtual counseling sessions, enabling you to reach a diverse clientele while working comfortably from your location of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial consultations to determine their specific mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized counseling strategies and treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health methodologies to refine your practice and offer state-of-the-art care.
• Maintain professional and empathetic engagement with clients during each session, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with additional mental health professionals when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care through appropriate referrals.
• Keep meticulous records of client progress, treatment plans, and notes to comply with state regulations and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Adept at creating a comfortable environment where clients feel safe to express their vulnerabilities.
• Proven ability to develop treatment plans that are client-centered and responsive to individual needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of clinical issues is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation and billing purposes.
• Previous experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer a supportive work environment that enables you to manage your schedule according to your availability. You will receive assistance with billing and documentation to reduce administrative burdens, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality care.
