What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition promptly
- Supervise and support CNAs on your assigned unit
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Support a positive and professional team environment
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Texas RN or LVN license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Nurses who value teamwork, accountability, and quality care
