POSITIONSUMMARY
The Server is responsiblefor providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests. This rolerequires strong product knowledge, active engagement with guests, consistentexecution of steps of service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment. Servers must maintain a clean and organized workspace and upholdall company policies, health and safety standards, and hospitalityexpectations.

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience

Provide friendly,courteous, and professional service to all guests.

Ensure all guest needs,requests, and concerns are handled promptly and effectively.

Build rapport and developreturning regular guests.

Follow Clementina's stepsof service consistently to ensure excellent and predictable guest experiences.

Assess guest satisfactionthroughout service and involve a Manager when needed.

ProductKnowledge

Maintain full knowledgeof the food menu, specials, beverages, wines by the glass, and bottleselections.

Confidently describedishes and make recommendations tailored to guest preferences.

Understand andcommunicate ingredients, allergens, and dietary considerations accurately.

Be able to explainpreparation methods, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.

Accountability& Operations

Arrive on time, in properuniform, and ready to work according to company attendance standards.

Maintain a clean,organized, and sanitary work environment.

Follow all companypolicies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the Employee Handbook andHouse Rules.

Follow all California andSan Francisco health and safety regulations.

Complete all assignedside work, opening/closing duties, and cleaning responsibilities.

Communicate all 86s,guest issues, or service concerns to Management promptly.

Uphold Clementina's brandstandards at all times.
