Role Description The Experienced Trim Carpenter role is a full-time, on-site position located in Springboro, OH. This role involves installing interior and exterior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, and custom built-ins to meet high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials accurately, and ensuring precise fit and finish for all carpentry work. The Trim Carpenter will collaborate with project managers and other trades to maintain schedules, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to a clean, organized job site. The role also includes troubleshooting on-site issues, maintaining tools and equipment, and consistently delivering craftsmanship that aligns with Clearcreek Design Build’s standards.
Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills with experience in trim and finish carpentry in residential construction.
• Ability to safely and effectively use power tools and hand tools required for detailed trim work.
• Knowledge of framing and structural basics to support accurate installation of doors, windows, and built-ins.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, measuring, layout, and executing precise cuts and installations.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Reliable transportation to Springboro, OH job sites and ability to work full-time on-site.
• Previous experience as a trim or finish carpenter; formal apprenticeship or trade school training is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate respectfully with team members, clients, and supervisors and communicate clearly about project needs.
