Clear Minded Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology to connect with clients. At Clear Minded Clinic, we encourage a flexible work-life balance and offer a supportive atmosphere where professional growth is prioritized. Your work schedule will generally be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet comfortable environment that accommodates personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity of mood disorder symptoms, identifying factors impacting their mental health.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to complement the client’s treatment journey.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and reduce stigma.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for clients by addressing their needs and promoting mental health awareness within communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals, including underprivileged groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Your work will not only involve direct therapeutic engagement but also support for these populations in navigating their emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, demonstrating the necessary academic credentials.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, essential for understanding and supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 yearly, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
