Practice & Patient Care Coordinator (Digital & Clinical) Type: Full-Time

Location: Boutique Optometric Practice: CLEAR eye doctors

Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on experience & proven tech proficiency)

Who Thrives in Our Practice:

We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented, and emotionally mature professional who takes pride in owning their desk. You do not need optical experience. We provide full, structured digital training modules but you must be tech-savvy, highly organized, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient intake, frame styling, and pre-testing (we will train you on equipment).
• Navigating our cloud-based EMR, web store orders, and automated patient communication tools efficiently.
• Maintaining clean, organized clinical inventory and laboratory order tracking.
• Working collaboratively with our remote management team and clinic owner.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a structured, fast-paced environment (Medical, Dental, Banking, or High-End Service).
• Proven comfort switching between multiple digital software platforms quickly and accurately.
• Strong personal accountability. You enjoy completing daily checklists and solving minor routine hiccups independently.
