Job Summary
Must Speak fluent Spanish. Full Commission, No Cap! We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Account Professionals to join our Construction Services team. In this role, you will generate and manage assigned leads, attract new clients, close deals, and coordinate job logistics between trades, vendors, and clients. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your assignment, evaluating their needs, invoicing, estimating, and reconciling job accounting. You will be responsible for quality control and project management from approval to final walk-through. The ideal candidate is grounded in integrity, has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, is detail oriented, organized, and has a strong desire to earn clients' trust and loyalty. 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your assignment
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
  • Manage vendor and trade teams
  • Manage projects and accounts
  • Logging and reporting AR and AP
  • Building and submitting estimates and invoices
  • Collecting deposits, draws, and balances
Qualifications
  • Strong English and Spanish is required
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Construction experience and handyperson skills are a plus
