Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. All team members collaborate through virtual platforms, maintaining a supportive and communicative environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend obligations, promoting a healthier work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages, tailored to meet specific treatment plans. You will document each session meticulously to track progress and ensure the highest quality of care.
• Develop comprehensive psychotherapy plans that include clear goals and objectives, using evidence-based practices to inform your treatment strategies.
• Collaborate as a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing insights and consultative services to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to documentation standards as mandated by licensing regulations, ensuring all records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and external community-based treatment professionals as necessary, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
• Respond to subpoenas for records and prepare for court appearances in accordance with company policy, understanding the legal responsibilities involved.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and be an active contributor to ongoing training and development sessions, crucial for professional growth.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned to maintain the robustness of clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a range of mental health issues. Our goal is to provide culturally competent and sensitive care, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California is required.
• A strong understanding of cultural dynamics and their influence on human behavior.
• The ability to deliver care that is both responsive and respectful to the unique cultural backgrounds of clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with clients and family members.
• A deep-seated belief in the potential for personal growth and change in all clients, accompanied by the ability to set firm boundaries and maintain a professional helping role.
• The skill to engage effectively with team colleagues to enhance treatment delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings, with a focus on underserved populations will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is an asset.
• Previous involvement in multi-disciplinary teams aimed at holistic care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
