The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field professional, installing patent-verified armored glass and security film systems nationwide. This entry-level role offers you hands-on technical training to build a long-term career while protecting high-profile schools, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. You will have the unique chance to travel the country with a dedicated team while delivering sole-source security solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install security film and laminate products on commercial and government windows with a specialized crew.
• Follow precise architectural instructions and high quality standards to ensure flawless product alignment.
• Handle specialized materials and installation tools safely to maintain an efficient and secure workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site during every phase of the field installation.
• Collaborate closely with your field operations team to complete nationwide travel projects on schedule.
• Represent the company values of total accountability and premium craftsmanship on every assignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for extended periods.
• Absolute willingness to travel out of state for approximately 60% of working hours.
• Commitment to remain in the installation role for a minimum of 1 year.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the Grayslake, IL facility when required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of hands-on work experience in a related trade.
• Prior experience in vinyl wrap, window tinting, commercial glazing, or wallpaper installation.
• Natural mechanical aptitude and a history of working effectively within a team environment.
