The Role: We are looking for a high-energy, “boots-on-the-ground” Outside Sales Representative to join us at our Tysons Corner headquarters. This is not a desk job. You will be the face of Cleantiful, bridging the gap between high-tier service providers and luxury customers.
The ideal candidate possesses a relentless “hunter” mentality, thrives on face-to-face interaction, and is eager to play a foundational role in an early-stage startup journey. Core Responsibilities
Market Penetration: Execute daily one-on-one visits to prospective commercial, residential, and specialty (marine/aviation) clients within the DMV area.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of premium service providers, ensuring they meet Cleantiful’s high standards of excellence.
Business Development: Identify and close new partnership opportunities to expand our service footprint in the Tysons and greater Northern Virginia market.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to refine our AI-driven scheduling and routing based on real-world feedback from the field.
Growth Strategy: Assist in the development of regional sales playbooks as we prepare to scale from the DMV to national markets.
What You Need (Requirements)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales is preferred, BUT ambitious fresh graduates with relevant internships, campus leadership, or a strong desire to learn direct sales are highly encouraged to apply!
Sales Personality: A proven track record (or natural talent) in direct sales/business development. You should be comfortable with “cold” face-to-face introductions and high-level negotiations.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A desire to learn the mechanics of a pre-seed startup and the grit to handle the challenges of early-stage growth.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to represent a luxury brand with poise.
Local Presence: Must be able to report to the Tysons Corner office daily starting at 9:00 AM. This is a 100% in-office and in-field role (no remote or hybrid options for this specific position).
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no need for visa sponsorship).
Logistics: Must possess a valid driver's license, accept a background check, and be able to start immediately.
