The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is a global leader in prestige beauty, powered by creativity, innovation, and data-driven insights. We are seeking a visionary and enterprise-minded leader to serve as Vice President, Media & Growth Analytics.
This role will deliver our new 'One ELC' global media operating model. You will establish a new global growth analytics practice and develop cut-through global media strategies across our brands, executed flawlessly in market. Additionally, you will lead and transform a new, large team. The role will bridge the gap between "math and magic," ensuring data-driven growth insights fuel our world-class luxury storytelling and creative excellence.

Establish new global growth analytics practice

• Establish global media data foundations across online & offline media channels in close partnership with global media agency and in deep collaboration with Tech team to ensure scalable, future-ready infrastructure.

• Partner closely with global IT and Technology teams to design and build a global data product, ensuring seamless integration, accessibility, and usability across global and local use cases.

• Develop a global marketing ROI program, establishing AI-enabled capabilities to inform investment decisions. Shift from reactive reporting to operationalizing predictive intelligence and scenario modelling both in market and above market.

• Lead data analysts and collaborate with Tech partners to develop and scale global dashboards, enabling real-time insights and driving full-funnel marketing strategy decisions.

Build out global media strategy across categories

• Lead a team developing Global media and audience strategies to ignite growth together w. new media agency.

• Collaborate with global brand teams to embed media and data expertise into integrated communications and brand experiences.

• Work closely with media leads to localize global media strategies according to local media landscape specificities.

• Establish global measurement frameworks and learning agenda, to understand value and impact of global media strategies.

Lead global media and analytics capability building program

• Media capability building for different profiles across the organization, ensuring global upskilling on media strategy fundamentals.

• Embed global MROI capability program across ELC teams ensuring marketing investment decisions are embedded within core business process' with clear feedback loop to continuously improve performance.

• Build community of media and marketing experts, sharing best practices, showing case studies from brands around the world.

Global media partnerships and joint business plans

• Lead joint business plans with global platform partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

• Build out strategy to unlock value through innovation, harnessing investment scale and embedding best practices.

• Identify new opportunities across emerging platforms and publishers in line with global category media strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Analytics preferred
• 10+ years experience in global consumer intelligence, analytics, or strategy-ideally within prestige beauty, luxury, or CPG

Expertise and Skills

• Proven success influencing executive leadership and driving consumer-centric transformation across complex organizations.
• Expertise in foresight methodologies, market analytics, and innovation strategy.
• Skilled at navigating complex, global organizations and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Experience partnering with analytics, marketing, and technology teams.
• Understands top media agencies and how to work successfully with them; the ability to lead through influence across a matrixed, global organization, balancing central strategy with local market activation.
• Detailed knowledge of prestige beauty landscape, inside ELC and externally.

Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $285,550.00 to $486,100.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
