• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must complete onboarding (will be sent to you)
• Must be dependable, reliable, and hard-working

Will have to work some weekends as there are projects that come up.

Summary/Objective The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and Visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.2. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.3. Empties trash.4. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing Walkways.5. Maintains landscape: waters, cuts, and trims shrubs and grass.6. Cleans and polishes fixtures.7. Removes recycling materials.8. Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.9. Cleans windows.10. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
