What You'll Do:
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'll provide high-quality cleaning services in customers' homes throughout Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Richmond, and surrounding West Houston communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms.
- Dust furniture, blinds, ceiling fans, and surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean mirrors, glass, fixtures, and baseboards.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Drive between customer homes during your workday.
This is an active, in-person position where you'll help create clean, healthy, and welcoming homes for our customers.

Requirements:
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must have a smartphone to use company apps and communicate with the team.
- Must be available to start shifts as early as 8:00 AM.
- Must maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Employment eligibility verification is required before your start date.
- Professional cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or maid service experience is a plus—but not required. We provide paid training.
- Professional references may be requested during the hiring process.
