Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pressure Washing/Window Cleaning Technician role based in Kent, WA. The technician will perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, and parking lot cleaning for commercial properties and HOAs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating cleaning equipment, safely working on ladders and elevated surfaces, following job checklists, and ensuring work areas are left clean and orderly. The role involves driving to job sites, communicating with supervisors and occasionally with clients, and following safety protocols and company procedures. Technicians are expected to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment, and contribute to a professional and respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate pressure washers, soft wash systems, and related exterior cleaning equipment.
• Comfort working at heights with ladders, lifts, and on roofs, following fall protection and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning windows, exterior surfaces, gutters, and parking lots to company standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow schedules, work orders, and job checklists.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting professionally with clients.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, work on feet for extended periods, and perform tasks outdoors in various weather.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel to job sites across service areas.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies, PPE requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prior experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or exterior building maintenance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
