Sales Advisor - Clay SubaruClay Subaru is a family-owned dealership built on honesty, transparency, and putting customers first. We're looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Advisors.
At Clay Subaru, we do things differently. We believe in creating a stress-free, transparent buying experience for every customer and we reward our team based on volume and customer satisfaction, not high-pressure sales tactics.

- Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through an easy, transparent vehicle-buying experience.ย
- Listen to customers' needs and help match them with the right vehicle and budget.ย
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.ย
- Clearly explain pricing, financing, and vehicle features with honesty and professionalism.ย
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.ย
- Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.ย
- Stay current on Subaru products, technology, and industry trends.ย
- Family-owned dealership with a supportive team cultureย
- Transparent, customer-first sales processย
