Description:Sales Advisor – Clay Subaru
Clay Subaru is a family-owned dealership built on honesty, transparency, and putting customers first. We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Advisors.
At Clay Subaru, we do things differently. We believe in creating a stress-free, transparent buying experience for every customer and we reward our team based on volume and customer satisfaction, not high-pressure sales tactics.

- Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through an easy, transparent vehicle-buying experience.
- Listen to customers’ needs and help match them with the right vehicle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Clearly explain pricing, financing, and vehicle features with honesty and professionalism.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.
- Stay current on Subaru products, technology, and industry trends.
- Family-owned dealership with a supportive team culture
- Transparent, customer-first sales process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus.
