Deputy Auditor – Motor Vehicle/Elections

Clay County is now accepting applications to be considered for a (Part-Time) Deputy Auditor – Motor Vehicle/Elections. This is a temporary position expected to run through November.

Application Deadline: 8/14/26 at 4:00 PM

Status: Non-Exempt | Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM. This may require you to work after hours on election night on 11/3/2026.

Salary Range: $23.51-$32.50 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check

Duties and Essential Functions

• Test election equipment.
• Pack election supply boxes
• Assist with election related duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
