Job description

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join the Wood Automotive Group!

About the role:

The successful candidate is an outgoing, friendly, customer-oriented, reliable, and organized individual. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner, and ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets.

Schedule option 1:

Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays: Rotating shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, & 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) with one weekend off per month

Schedule option 2:

Monday & Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00PM

Fridays: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM rotating to 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturdays: Rotating shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, & 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) with one weekend off per month
