Compensation & Bonuses

• Average Annual Earnings: $95,000 - $110,000
• Pay Rate: $0.51 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,900
• Additional $13.50 per load
• $100 Bonus Per Weekend Day Worked

• Pallet Spill Detention Pay: $20/hour starting immediately

Limited-Time Hiring Bonus

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Daily
• Schedule: Friday through Tuesday
• Two consecutive days off each week
• Start Time: Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
• Typical Shift Length: 10-11 hours
• Night driving position
• Opportunity for additional work and a sixth day when available

Position Details

Drivers will deliver refrigerated grocery products from the Distribution Center in Olathe, KS to retail grocery locations within a 250-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Pick up preloaded trailers from the distribution center
• Deliver grocery freight to store locations
• Drop and hook empty trailers at designated locations
• Unload freight using an electric pallet jack
• Complete occasional backhauls after deliveries
• Haul occasional dry van freight when needed
• Assist with dedicated and intermodal freight during slower periods

Special Requirements

• Driver unload required using an electric pallet jack
• Electric pallet jack training provided after hire
• Steel-toed boots required and provided by the account
• Must be willing to haul intermodal and other dedicated freight when needed
• Slip seating may be required
• No passengers permitted

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Safe driving record and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical delivery responsibilities
• Commitment to safety and customer service
