  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party resources to drive project execution, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support engineering activities including feasibility studies, technical evaluations, equipment selection, vendor assessments, bid analyses, purchase requisitions, and factory acceptance testing.
  • Ensure projects comply with Clariant engineering standards, applicable permits, regulatory requirements, quality expectations, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Lead and support process risk analyses, promote safe work practices, and ensure implementation of corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide project reporting, track key performance metrics, and support successful implementation, commissioning, start-up, and project closure activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional project management experience, with experience leading CAPEX projects in a chemical process manufacturing environment
