Civil Sign Works is seeking seeking a reliable, motivated team member to assist in the production of traffic signs. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Experience in wide-format printing and CNC operation is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate. This work is full time and permanent work in Harrisburg. We are a fast growing sign shop dedicated to delivering high quality traffic signage and device solutions for contractors across the state. Job Requirements:

• Oregon Drivers License & clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lb)
• Ability to work with hands and handle power tools/equipment
• Able to read a tape measure
• Assist in the production of traffic signs while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Operate and maintain production equipment (printers, laminators, CNC router)
• Support sign installation at job sites (local travel may be required)
• Prepare materials, including cutting, weeding, laminating, and mounting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Drive company truck for deliveries and material pickups
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
