Civil Design Engineer

Position: Civil Design Engineer

Location: This is a completely remote Position

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing small teams for Small Commercial Projects in multiple states.
2. Collaborating with project teams to develop design concepts and plans.
3. Utilizing engineering software to create detailed designs and specifications.
4. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Participating in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
6. Extensive knowledge in small grading plan design.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in civil design engineering mainly grading design.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
4. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

We are a growing Civil Firm working mostly with small development commercial design, we are currently licensed in 30 states and are looking at expanding our reach. Most of our employees work from home and have been working this way Since 2001.
