Position Overview

City Center Acupuncture is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Integrative Acupuncturist to join our compassionate team in Trinidad, Colorado. This full-time opportunity requires an individual passionate about Eastern healing practices and committed to providing personalized integrative wellness solutions. Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to be a serene and inviting space, where both practitioners and patients can feel relaxed and comfortable. Work interactions are collaborative, fostering an environment that emphasizes communication and shared learning. Practitioners can enjoy a flexible scheduling environment, allowing them to coordinate with the team to create their own hours, while still effectively serving our patient population. Our standard operating hours are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s specific health needs.
• Administering acupuncture treatments with precision and care, targeting various ailments and promoting overall balance within the body.
• Offering additional therapies rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, such as cupping and herbal medicine, as needed during treatment sessions.
• Guiding patients on lifestyle modifications, wellness practices, and self-care strategies to enhance their path to health.
• Collaborating effectively with other health practitioners within our team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

City Center Acupuncture serves a diverse population of patients seeking relief from various health issues including chronic pain, stress, digestive disorders, and more. Our goal is to empower our clients with knowledge and tools to facilitate their healing process, fostering an ongoing relationship that values their individual health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture or a related field, with at least 2 years of clinical experience in the practice.
• A valid state license and certification as an Acupuncturist to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Strong proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a genuine passion for patient care and holistic healing practices.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of related experience is necessary, candidates with additional certifications in related fields, such as herbal medicine or wellness coaching, will be viewed favorably. Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from USD 60 to 80, corresponding to experience and expertise.
