Portfolio Manager (Community Association Manager) Position Title: Portfolio Manager (Licensed Community Association Manager - CAM) Location: Pinellas, Florida Company: Citadel Property Management Group Inc Citadel Property Management Group is seeking an experienced and professional Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage a portfolio of condominium and homeowners’ associations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills and be committed to providing exceptional customer service to Boards of Directors and homeowners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Serve as the primary liaison between Association Boards, homeowners, and vendors. + Attend Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, and Budget Meetings (some evening meetings required). « Conduct routine property inspections and prepare management reports. « Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. + Obtain vendor proposals and oversee contractor performance. « Assist Boards with budget planning and review monthly financial reports. + Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida association laws. « Respond to homeowner inquiries and oversee covenant enforcement activities. Qualifications + Active Florida CAM License required. + Minimum 2 years of community association management experience preferred. + Knowledge of Florida condominium and HOA operations. « Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and association management software. « Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
